Recent visit to check on a mole.

My recent visit to the Family Practice confirmed my previous feeling that this is an excellent well run practice. I had a mole on my ear and the GP examined me and sought additional confirmation on the best course of action which was to refer me to the BRI dermatology department to have it removed. The GP had given me clear and concise information and the practice had quickly set up the referral. I am always pleased with this practice, the service they provide and the manner in which they deal with people. Many thanks again.

Well done all involved

Recently I made an appt as I had been feeling unwell for some time. I saw the doctor and as a result of my coming in I found out I have a heart issue that needs medication and treatment. In the past week I have had follow up appts at the practice (ECG, bloods etc) and seen someone at the Heart Institute. I have further appts next week for Echo-cardiogram etc

Clearly all a bit of a shock, but I just wanted to express my admiration for the Family Practice and the wider NHS for the amazing treatment I have so far received, all of which has been given with great care and compassion, and my endless questions have been answered fully ..... I feel very reassured.

The NHS is under a great deal of pressure but I cannot fault any aspect of the care I have received, and the speed with which everything has happened.
