Mental Health Medication Review
We are dropping you a message as you have been taking a medication to help your mental health for over 12 months.
For lots of patients, taking mental health medications isn’t required for the long-term. Once your mental health has improved, you may no longer need to take medications.
You do not need to do anything if:
- You feel that staying on the same prescription or medications is the right option for you.
- You have already had a review of your mental health in the last 12 months, and you have decided to keep taking your medications.
- Now is not the right time to change your medications but may think about it in the future.
If you think that you are in the right place to reduce and/or stop your medications
Please complete the questionnaire we have sent you by SMS.
