From Thursday 18th May we will be replacing eConsult with a new digital triage service called Patient Triage. The service is provided by a technology company called Accurx, who provide communications software to healthcare providers across the NHS. All queries submitted will be sent directly to the practice and managed by our clinical and administrative teams.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Patient Triage is recognised by the NHS and has passed the NHS Digital Capabilities assessment and allows registered patients to submit either a medical query or an administrative request to their GP practice.
Please note:If your medical query is urgent then contact ‘111’ or for a medical emergency contact, ‘999’.
