I grew up in Bristol before attending the University of Nottingham for my medical training. I graduated from Nottingham in 2013 and moved back to Bristol where I have stayed to complete my foundation and GP training in Bristol and it's surrounding areas. I joined the Family Practice team in 2019 after moving from another local GP surgery.

I enjoy all areas of general practice, but have particular interests in women's health and contraception. During my GP training I completed a Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, and trained in coil and implant insertions. I am also able to perform joint injections. I enjoy medical education and I have been involved student teaching whilst working at previous GP practices. I also do ad hoc sessions with the out of hours GP service.

Outside of work I enjoy keeping active with regular walking and fitness, most recently taking up squash and CrossFit. I am also kept on my toes by my young daughter.
