I was born in the UK but during my childhood and early adulthood, I then spent time in various countries including the USA, Ireland and France.  After completing a Bsc at Durham University, I moved to Dublin to study medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons.  I then decided to be closer to family and returned to the UK to complete my GP training in Warwickshire.

I moved to Bristol in October 2020 and started working at the Family Practice in January 2021.

I have a particular interest in dermatology and have completed a postgraduate diploma in this subject.  I hope to be able to use the knowledge and experience gained through this diploma to improve patient care.  Primary care can be challenging but can also be extremely rewarding.

Outside of work, I spend a majority of my time painting and also enjoy cooking and going for long walks in the countryside. I have recently started French lessons in the hope that I will be better able to communicate with my in-laws.
