Your details and information are protected by the highest standards of online security, so all you need to worry about is what to do with the spare time you’ve earnt.
Use the Patient Access Support Centre before you call us.
You can order a repeat prescription in the following ways:
Please allow sufficient time to enable your request to be processed. For clinical safety reasons all prescriptions need to be checked by a GP.
Your prescription will be ready for collection after 16:00 two working days following receipt of the request.
Many local pharmacies offer a prescription delivery service. If you use this facility please allow an additional day as pharmacies collect prescriptions from the surgery only once a day.
You need to attend the surgery in person and ask at reception for a registration form. You will be asked for photographic proof of identity and documentation confirming the address at which we have you registered.
Once your identity has been confirmed, you will be given a registration form which will provide you with all the information you need to register to use Patient UK internet facilities. For the security of both you and the practice, you must not disclose this information to anyone else.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
